Being extra clean is the key to getting through practice safely! Maintaining good hygiene should always be a priority, but even more so right this moment. Cloth face masks are essential as they prevent respiratory particles from traveling through the air. You should always keep a small bottle of hand sanitizer with you as well for whenever you feel you need it (preferably before and right after practice). Not only will it keep you clean but also protected from bacteria.

Take protection to the next level! With our line of protective garments, you do not have to worry about a thing. We have got you covered from head to toe (literally). This protective apparel is designed to make sure you stay protected during sports, or any physical activity, as the antibacterial fabric prevents all contaminants from sneaking in.

Make sure to disinfect all surfaces before making any contact with it and don’t forget to clean all your equipment and sports clothing after practice. Keep in mind that you should not share your equipment with anyone as it can increase the risk of infection. So look out for your friends! Sharing is NOT caring.

Not ready to go to practice just yet? That doesn’t mean you have to stop training! Here are some alternatives to choose from:

Virtual Sport Classes

You may take virtual classes to keep up with practice and continue to get better each day. Or you may also choose outdoor training to work on technique and/or conditioning.

Home/Outdoor training

Have fun customizing your own work out either at home or outdoors! What is important is that you do not stop practicing/exercising. Keeping yourself fit and agile is important as it will help you once you get back to your sports routine. In the meantime, relax, and enjoy creating your own pandemic workout. You can use resistance bands or even your own body weight for strength training, and/or do yoga for flexibility. If you need guidance or inspiration, you can even find exercise videos online. There is no excuse! Lastly, remember to always keep a positive attitude. These are hard times, but you will get through it!
