Return/Exchange Policy 

Returns/Refunds

For Bold&Grit, your satisfaction with your purchase is very important. Please contact us at info@boldandgrit.com if you wish to return an item. Keep in mind that you must contact us within 10 business days of the purchase date to be eligible for a return. Bold&Grit must receive the item (s) within 30 days of the original purchase date to be able to receive a full refund. 

Items that qualify for a return are those that are unworn and with all tags attached in its original packaging. Special or customized orders and items on ‘Clearance’ or ‘Sale’ do not qualify for return.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as they cover the delivery service already completed.

  • Fit may vary depending on body type and style.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.



Defective Product/Order Issues

If a product (s) is defective or there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we may address the issue accordingly.

Note: defective items are eligible for a replacement within 30 days after the purchase date. However, a replacement may not always be available as some items are limited.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (s) for another, please let us know at info@boldandgrit.com. Please address your current purchase item Title with the order number, and the item you wish you exchange it for. If you need a different size or color, please specify.

Final sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.
