As the world comes to a sudden pause, we wonder when and if it will all go back to normal. In the meantime, we must learn to survive within the new normal keeping ourselves healthy for when that day comes. We know your love of sports is too strong to let the Pandemic get in the way of your training. This is why it is important for you to know about all the resources there are to your advantage so you and your friends train healthily:

Being extra clean is the key to getting through practice safely! Maintaining good hygiene should always be a priority, but even more so right this moment. Cloth face masks are essential as they prevent respiratory particles from traveling through the air. You should always keep a small bottle of hand sanitizer with you as well for whenever you feel you need it (preferably before and right after practice). Not only will it keep you clean but also protected from bacteria.

Take protection to the next level! With our line of protective garments, you do not have to worry about a thing. We have got you covered from head to toe (literally). This protective apparel is designed to make sure you stay protected during sports, or any physical activity, as the antibacterial fabric prevents all contaminants from sneaking in.

Taking precautions is essential to prevent infection:

Make sure to disinfect all surfaces before making any contact with it and donā€™t forget to clean all your equipment and sports clothing after practice. Keep in mind that you should not share your equipment with anyone as it can increase the risk of infection. So look out for your friends! Sharing is NOT caring.

To be even more cautious, pay attention to your body and be vigilant of potential COVID symptoms. Donā€™t feel embarrassed or ashamed if you think you might have the virus. It could happen to any of us! Simply stay home if sick to prevent the spread of COVID. As for yourself, make sure you get the proper rest and care so you may recuperate and get right back to your training.

Not ready to go to practice just yet? That doesnā€™t mean you have to stop training! Here are some alternatives to choose from:

You may take virtual classes to keep up with practice and continue to get better each day. Or you may also choose outdoor training to work on technique and/or conditioning.

Have fun customizing your own work out either at home or outdoors! What is important is that you do not stop practicing/exercising. Keeping yourself fit and agile is important as it will help you once you get back to your sports routine. In the meantime, relax, and enjoy creating your own pandemic workout.

You can use resistance bands or even your own body weight for strength training, and/or do yoga for flexibility. If you need guidance or inspiration, you can even find exercise videos online. There is no excuse!

Lastly, remember to always keep a positive attitude. These are hard times, but you will get through it!
